CHRISTIAN KIDS BOOKSThese are rhyming versions of Jan's three favourite parables from the bible. The Good Samaritan, The Prodigal Son and The Lost Sheep, along with a little book about the clever creation of bees and flowers.
CHRISTIAN POETRY COLLECTIONThe poetry collection was the first book Jan published before she started writing for children. The poems came from her journal as she spoke to God and she was encouraged by her friends to put them in a book to share the messages.
After that she created a CD of the poems and a journal to match. |
It's an unforgettable feeling when we sit and read to our children, seeing their eyes wide with expectation as we turn the pages, revealing the next part of the story. We see the delight in their faces as they explore the bright and colourful illustrations leading them through the story to the end, only to hear them plead "again......again...…" Jan Morris. ABOUT JAN MORRIS
Jan lives in Brisbane Australia with her husband Philip after they emigrated from the UK in 2002 with their 6-year-old son John.
Jan's most precious times were spent reading out loud to John with silly voices and sound effects. John was always fascinated with Aussie animals so the Buster books have come from that love.
It is his toy dog Buster Ruff Ruff Cheese, that inspired the series of stories discovering endangered wildlife in Australia.
